In light of the continued COVID-19 restrictions, especially with respect to gatherings, we are not able to have our in-person annual club members meeting in which we would vote in our new Board members.
In order to continue and conduct the Club’s business, the Board has determined to conduct a virtual annual meeting via the Club Website in lieu of an in-person gathering. This notice and voting shall constitute the 2021 Tahoe Donner Senior Alpine Ski Club annual meeting and election of new Board members.
The quorum for the annual meeting will be determined by those members who log in, register for the Annual meeting event, and vote for new Board members on the Club website: tdski.com.
The 'DATE" of this virtual meeting and election of new Board Members is May 5, 2021 on our ski club calendar. It is important for each member to login, click on the event on the calendar, RSVP as you would for any other ski or social event and vote for our new Board Members by answering the QUESTIONS about EACH board member to be elected by clicking the YES or NO button. Then click on "Complete your registration". Voting will begin April 20 and close May 4, 2021 so please vote!!!!
Our county and state, conditions permitting, will be “opening up” June 15, 2021. If that occurs we are hoping to have a dinner or barbecue evening at the Lodge and/or the ACAC sometime in June, as well as activities such as bike rides, hikes, kayaking and paddle-boarding, and pickle-ball /tennis this summer.
